This trailer makes life so much easier, takes a little getting use to ! I pull the craft with my wife's 2.5 L Mazda CX5 with no problem... tows nice !
Don't know if the PVC is uv protected... guess I could always paint them if not.

Hello Al, Yes the trailer is built from Bryan's plans and stretched to 16 feet, I also used individual torsion axles as they were sourced locally . The rudders are made of 1/8" PVC plastic... 32" x 42" sheet folded in half to create a 16" x 42" Rudder. The internal frame is ...

You need to remove the tree magnet from the bow of the craft, manufacturers of hovercraft install these things just for You-tube laughs !

Thanks Al, I have watched your videos many times and they have helped a great deal throughout my build. I would like to see more of how the skirt is attached and fitted from the underside. Pictures of the airbox from the underside -splitter, fill panel, partition skirt etc.

Does any one have any pictures/video of how the skirt is attached to the craft. I'm looking for more detail and visual understanding of the process.
