Hypothetically, if you wanted to sell a Sevtec flat-pack, the thing to do would be to have all the panels pre-cut, beveled and fiberglassed. I think noise ordinances would be an uphill climb in most places because it would require the taxpayers to buy a decibal meter for every Barney Fife and training on how to use them. What are you going to use for paint? If you use Perfection they have a mix-in texture additive called Intergrip.

It sounds like this is becoming a popular build option. I wonder if there's enough demand to make an official set of plans with the dimensions. It could be the New Surveyor, and all 7' craft could become Vanguards.
