Rear quarter floatation compartment

I'm about ready to close in the floatation compartment on my Surveyor, is there a trick or easy way to glass the inside corners of the last panel, once the top panel is installed ? I've noticed some craft have a couple of access hatches installed in this chamber, does this help in access for glassin...

Control cables

Can anyone tell me what lengths the throttle and rudder cables are. I am building the 16' Surveyor to plan set, and using a Kohler 28hp fuel injected motor.
I plan on using a morris marine cable and throttle control, purchased from a local marine supplier.

I to am looking at different engines and drives, if I go with a 40 hp kohler and a 90" carbon belt, what are the fan and prop pully diameters ? I know Brian sells all these but I'm trying to source most of my parts locally. Building the 16' Surveyor
