I just noticed on the Vanguard plans that the belt tension call out is wrong. For most any V-belt it should be 5-7 lbs to deflect the belt 1/64th of the span, per strand. On a Vanguard that equates to 5-7 lbs to deflect the section up to the prop about 0.4".
