I planned on spending a couple hours today running a few flight tests out on the water, but the windy conditions put pay to that idea. Only a self centred idiot would willingly go out in those conditions unnecessarily, putting their life, the hovercraft and possibly rescuers if needed in danger. So I opted to have a play on the beach instead. I had arranged for a friend to come along with his 2 year old son later in the afternoon for a ride around the beach in the hover, it was there first time in a hovercraft.
